Budget Will Fail to Kick Start Economy

Andrew Pyle gives it a grade of B- and says it’s “market friendly” but  the Federal Budget will not kick-start the Canadian economy. Pyle says the boost in infrastructure spending is “watered down and not the shock and awe that many expected.” As a result, Pyle says the Bank of Canada is still in play concerning a possible rate cut.
